When can I expect the outcome of my application?

Recruitment team will contact you in two weeks time from the moment you submitted your application. There are three possible outcomes: accepted, rejected and on the waiting list.

What does it mean if I am on the waiting list?

As ZAGIMUN has rolling admission, we want to ensure that there are a few positions left for students who apply in later stages of application period. Therefore, if receive more applications than expected at a certain point, we will put potential delegates on the waiting list. However, we encourage students to apply as early as possible since it increases their chances of getting the position they want.

Is there a financial aid?

Center for International Cooperation, organizer of ZAGIMUN, doesn’t provide any financial aid. Nonetheless, organizers do subsidize participation fee thanks to generosity of conference sponsors.

Do I have to attend all the sessions during the conference?

Attendance is obligatory and participants who are not present at the sessions won’t receive Certificate of Participation.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code for the conference is Business Standard.
