Registration
Welcome to the registration section of the ZAGIMUN 2008!
Before You Proceed...
Please fill in the registration form carefully:
- Mind that you can either apply as delegate or journalist.
- Please read carefully all the items in the registration form before proceeding further.
- Please attach the required documents to the form – your CV and motivation letter which outlines your incentive and your choices of committees and countries (or newspaper). You can choose two committees and two counties per chosen committee.
Please note that it is not possible to represent your own country.
- Kindly include special needs: diets or possible disabilities.
- Please point out VISA requirements in your application.
After you fill in the registration form, press "Submit" at the bottom of the form to send us your application. After successful submission, each applicant should receive a confirmation e-mail from recruitment -at- zagimun.org. Please inform us if you do not receive your confirmation email.
Positions will be allocated to the most suitable applicants according to the following criteria:
- University background: level of studies, international curriculum.
- Achievements: Excellent academic and/or professional achievements.
- Interest/Knowledge: International Relations, Politics, History, Economics and Law.
- Computer skills will be of major importance for the journalists.
- Linguistic skills: Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Evidence of public speaking experience.
- Participation in MUN conferences.
- Applicants for journalists coming from Journalist/Media Institutions or with previous journalistic experience will be favored. Nevertheless students may also apply.
- For important positions in the ZAGIMUN committees more than one MUN experience is preferred.
ZAGIMUN 2008 application deadlines:
- Early deadline: August 1, 2008
- Final deadline: September 15, 2008
