Participation Fee

The early recruitment period starts on May 24 and closes on July 11;
The late recruitment period starts on July 12 and closes on August 29.

Early fee is 55 Euros for Croatian participants and 150 Euros for international participants.

Late fee is 70 Euros for Croatian participants and 165 Euros for international participants.

The fee covers:

• Participation in ZAGIMUN 2010 conference
• Coffee breaks during sessions
• Social activities
• Gala dinner

Expenses generously covered by our partners:

• Hotel accommodation from October 3 to 9 (breakfast included) *
• Welcome dinner
• Lunch throughout the conference week
• Printed conference materials

* Hotel accommodation is provided for international participants only.

Expenses not covered by the fee or our partners:

• All meals not mentioned above
• Travel costs to and from Zagreb
• Personal expenses

The actual costs per participant are much higher than the conference fees charged. Center for International Cooperation keeps the conference fees as low as possible thanks to the financial support it receives from its sponsors.

As payments via credit cards or cash are not possible participants are requested to transfer the complete fees to the following account:

Important notes

Please do not pay the fee unless you have been accepted for ZAGIMUN and informed by the ZAGIMUN recruitment team.

You will not be registered as ZAGIMUN participant as long as we do not receive your participation fee.

ZAGIMUN has to be excluded from all bank charges. All fees resulting from the bank transfer have to be borne by the participant. Failure to pay completely and in time will lead to your exclusion from ZAGIMUN 2010.

The fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to participate in ZAGIMUN.
